Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

This policy covers the Actual Scale application, a private tool used by its owner to publish videos to the owner's own YouTube channel.

What the application does

Actual Scale generates animated videos from public measurement data and uploads them to a single YouTube channel owned and operated by the application's owner. It runs on the owner's own computer.

What data we access

The application requests access to the Google account of its own owner, solely to:

It does not read, browse, or modify any other content in the Google account.

What data we collect from visitors

None. This website has no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no forms, and no advertising. Nothing about your visit is stored.

Where credentials are stored

Authorization tokens are stored only in a local file on the owner's own computer. They are never transmitted to any third party, never uploaded to any server, and never shared. No database or remote service holds them.

Data sharing

No data is sold, rented, or shared with anyone. The only external service the application communicates with is the YouTube Data API, and only to perform the uploads described above.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking it immediately and permanently ends the application's ability to act on the account.

Limited Use disclosure

Actual Scale's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
